UPDATE:
Police Clarify Case Involving 4 Kedah Teens Was Statutory Rape, Not Gang Rape
Police have arrested four teenagers, three of them are students, for allegedly gang-raping a girl and sharing nude recordings of the victim online
Acting Baling district police chief DSP Ahmad Salimi Mat Ali said three students and a former student from the same school were arrested at 9.30pm on Sunday, 12 October, reported Berita Harian.
The arrests followed a police report filed by a 53-year-old complainant, who was informed by a disciplinary teacher that a video showing their child naked was circulating online.
"Further investigations found that the four suspects had engaged in sexual acts, including in groups, from May to August at several locations within the school," said Ahmad Salimi.

The case is currently being investigated under Section 375B of the Penal Code for group rape and for distributing child pornography, reported the New Straits Times.
Ahmad Salimi encouraged the public, particularly parents and guardians, to closely monitor their children's activities and whereabouts.
This incident comes less than a week after a separate case in Alor Gajah, Melaka, where four Form Five students were arrested for allegedly gang-raping a Form Three student in a classroom.
The suspects, all 17, have since been expelled.
