A video recently went viral on TikTok showing a large snake slithering inside a residential drain in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi
TikTok user @pusat.pakaian.sak posted the video yesterday showing the lurking creature, leaving passersby bewildered.
In the video, a woman is seen pointing at the serpent and can be heard exclaiming in shock
As several residents gathered to see what was happening, the OP asked if firemen were on their way, to which the woman replied that emergency services had been contacted.
At one point, the huge reptile stopped moving, leaving residents puzzled
As the OP zoomed in, a man yelled, "Sangkut ke (Is it stuck)?" after the snake suddenly halted mid-slither.
Other residents suggested it might have swallowed an entire cat, which could explain why it appeared to be stuck.
Thankfully, the latter part of the video shows the Civil Defence Force safely removing the reptile
In the caption, the OP thanked the authorities for their swift action.
