Another man has been caught allegedly attempting to film an upskirt video of a woman at an MRT station in Kuala Lumpur — the third such case to surface within a week
The latest incident took place at Taman Pertama MRT station.
According to a video shared by the victim on TikTok, she was out with her husband and young son when they noticed a man trying to film underneath her skirt.
The video shows the victim's husband confronting the suspect and finding incriminating footage on his phone, despite him denying the act.
When MRT staff were alerted, the suspect claimed he "accidentally" recorded the inappropriate video — a claim the staff did not find believable
The suspect was subsequently handed over to auxiliary police.
The victim added that she has since lodged a police report at the Cheras district police headquarters.
