Police are seeking the public's help to identify a woman whose decomposed body was found near KLIA's luxury limousine area earlier this month

In a statement yesterday, 10 September, KLIA police chief ACP Azman Shariat said the discovery was made by a passerby at 7.50pm on 1 September.

The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was found fully clothed.

"She was wearing a white T-shirt with the words 'Fear Less' printed on it, and cream-coloured cargo shorts," Azman said, adding that the T-shirt was size XS.

The body was already in a decomposed state and missing most of its facial tissue, with only the skull remaining.

Police believe she had been dead for about a week before being discovered. No identification documents were found on her.

He said the details, including her distinctive "Fear Less" T-shirt, were released in hopes that family members with missing relatives might recognise her clothing and come forward, reported Bernama.

A post-mortem conducted at the Serdang Hospital Forensic Unit revealed four suspicious injuries on her body

Investigators have classified the case as murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code, with the motive still under investigation.

Azman urged anyone with information to contact investigating officer Deputy Supt Tee Ah Chew at 018-218 3555, or to report to the nearest police station.
