The naked body of a woman with her hands tied was found near the Bluwater Estate roundabout in Seri Kembangan yesterday afternoon, 29 October
According to Bernama, Serdang district police chief ACP Muhamad Farid Ahmad said police were alerted to the discovery at about 3.45pm by a member of the public.
China Press reported that the decomposing body was found in the bushes along Jalan Anggerik, roughly 900m from the Serdang KTM station.
It is understood that the victim's identity is currently unknown
"Checks at the location revealed the victim to be a woman, nationality yet to be identified, with a height of approximately 144cm, blonde shoulder-length hair, and long fingernails.
"The victim was also wearing silver earrings on both ears and a green and red cloth bracelet, and has a tattoo on her right arm," Muhamad Farid said in a statement.
He added that the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
