Man Charged With Murder After Ramming Two Gunmen
He allegedly chased down the gunmen after they opened fire on his employee.

A businessman has been charged with murder after ramming two gunmen on a motorcycle, killing one
The accused, R. Ganesalingam, 49, nodded to acknowledge the charge, reported the New Straits Times.
Under Section 302 of the Penal Code, it carries the death penalty or a prison sentence of 30 to 40 years, and at least 12 strokes of the cane upon conviction.
No confession was recorded, as murder cases fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court.

During the incident in Kapar, Klang, two gunmen on a Yamaha Y15 motorcycle allegedly opened fire on a worker at Kampung Perepat at around 9.51am.
The worker's employer, Ganesalingam, pursued the gunmen in a four-wheel vehicle after they fled.
He rammed the gunmen after one of them allegedly pointed an object resembling a pistol at him, causing them to crash near Taman Sri Kapar.
Tinesh Kumar, the pillion rider, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the rider sustained injuries.

The deceased had a prior criminal record of 23 offences, including murder, attempted murder, and gang robbery, while his companion had 10 prior offences and is wanted under Section 130V of the Penal Code.
Ganesalingam was also found to have criminal records for drug offences, as well as murder and attempted murder.
The court has set 22 April for the submission of the forensic report.
