A well-known cosmetics founder in Kelantan alleges that her daughter was assaulted by her influencer ex-fiancé
Fara Sharina Zamari, 37, claimed the 19-year-old was hit, choked, and dragged during a buka puasa event.
According to Harian Metro, the incident occurred at 6.30pm on 21 February at the home of the 20-year-old man.
Fara Sharina noted that her daughter returned home in a strange state, with visible red marks on her neck.
The teenager hid the truth for two days before finally confessing the attack to her parents
She reportedly suffered from bruising and swelling across her entire body following the violent encounter.
Fara Sharina lodged a report at the Kota Bharu District Police Headquarters (IPD) on 24 February.
She also took her daughter to Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ II) for a medical examination.
The couple had been engaged since January and were scheduled to marry on 28 March
That wedding was cancelled as the victim struggled with the emotional aftermath of the alleged abuse.
The suspect reportedly surrendered to the Pengkalan Chepa IPD after evading the authorities for 12 days.
While he was released on police bail three days ago, Fara Sharina has filed a second report
This latest report aims to prevent the man from further contacting the 19-year-old, who is currently suffering from severe trauma.
Fara Sharina expressed shock, saying the influencer had previously seemed romantic and well-behaved.
