CD PROJEKT RED has officially released Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition for Apple silicon Mac models
The move brings the sprawling open-world role-playing game to a new audience: Apple users.
The Ultimate Edition bundles the base game, which stars Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, with the critically acclaimed spy-thriller expansion Phantom Liberty, featuring Idris Elba as Solomon Reed.
This version also includes all previously released game updates.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition's release is specifically optimised for Apple silicon
It takes full advantage of Apple's Metal technology to deliver advanced features like ray tracing, frame generation, and HDR tuned for Apple XDR displays.
To dive into Night City, you will need a Mac with an Apple silicon chip (e.g., M1, M3, or M4 series) and at least 16GB of unified memory.
The game also requires macOS 15.5 or a later version
The game is now available for purchase on the Mac App Store, GOG.com, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
Best of all, if you already own the PC version on GOG, Steam, or the Epic Games Store, you can download the Mac version for free.
