I'm pretty sure by now you've been seeing a lot of people on social media going on about Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona coffee a.k.a creamy coffee is South Korea's latest coffee trend. It only takes five simple ingredients to transform your everyday cup of coffee into a cafe-worthy cuppa.

Here's how to make it!
The ingredients you need are: ice, instant coffee powder, sugar, milk, and hot water.

To start making your coffee, mix equal parts of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water in a bowl

I used one tablespoon of each ingredient to make enough for one cup of creamy coffee. For more servings, increase the measurement of the ingredients accordingly.
Start whisking vigorously until a thick foam is formed
You can use whatever tool you have on hand here – an electric mixer is obviously the fastest way to do it, but a whisk or even a fork would give you a good arm workout.

Once you've made your creamy coffee foam, just pour it over a nice glass of cold milk and ice

I really enjoyed the outcome and how simple it was to make. It elevated an ordinary cup of instant coffee into a nice cup of creamy, fluffy goodness. Perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up.
