For a relaxing atmosphere, check out Zum Stammtisch, a German restaurant serving everything from pork knuckle and sausages, to mussels, pork ribs, and other German dishes.
If you have no idea what to order, the restaurant's manager is extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations! There are also tables outdoors in front of the restaurant, which are just as cosy as inside.

Walking by Aliyaa, it's hard to resist the urge to grab a seat and order straight away. The smells are enough to make your mouth water.
The restaurant specialises in Sri Lankan cuisine with customer faves, such as lamb varuval, appam, mutton bone peratal, and crab curry.
It can get pretty packed, even on weekdays, so it's best to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

Founded in Utsunomiya, Japan, Yakiniku Great opened the first of its franchise in Malaysia back in April and has already received rave reviews on its food. It specialises in rare Japanese wagyu beef cuts that some say melt in your mouth and is worth it, especially for a special occasion.
They have omakase sets that offer around five to seven different wagyu beef cuts, so you can try a variety at one go. There are also special sauces created by their in-house chefs that you probably won't find anywhere else.

You can order course meals or individual main courses, including wagyu beef cheek bourguignon, duck breast mille feuille with foie gras, and more, along with desserts. They're also open for lunch on weekdays if you prefer an afternoon date!

Reviews say that KINME Sashimi & Grill Bar offers fresh, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth quality of sashimi. They also do lunch sets. Ambience wise, it's said to be a pretty simple, quiet setting, perfect for a catch-up with a friend over some good Japanese food.

Located at The Republik, Frangipaani is a classy restaurant offering exquisite Indian food since 2019. The space is designed to give a stylish British colonial mansion feel with a grand piano sitting in the centre of the restaurant and live music on weekends. There's also an open-air patio where you can dine at while sipping on cocktails.
Some recommended dishes are their mango fish curry, panipuri, and deep fried prawns.

Situated at Plaza Damansara, Gin Rik Sha has been around for quite some time offering a variety of tasty Indian dishes with a modern twist. Some must-tries are the Kerala prawns, panipuri, cranberry cream cheese bites, and lamb ribs.
They also have happy hours, known as 'Gin O'Clock', when you can order a G&T for around RM12, along with other drinks like wine, beer, tequila, and whiskey.
