Introducing the Aburi Beef Burger Series, a lineup of flame-torched burgers that take classic flavours and crank them up to the next level.
"We've spent the past week perfecting our brand-new burgers — testing, tweaking, and making sure every bite hits just right," the restaurant shared in an Instagram post.
Aburi (あぶり) is a Japanese technique that lightly sears food over an open flame, creating a smoky, charred aroma while enhancing texture.
myBurgerLab has taken this concept and applied it to their juicy, flavour-packed Angus beef burgers, making them even more irresistible.

But with new burgers comes some bittersweet news — say goodbye to the I-N-O Single & Double Tribute, Shroom Shroom Shroom, Moo Shroom, and Budu! Budu! as they make way for the fiery newcomers.
The Aburi Beef Burger Series gives you four delicious ways to experience flame-kissed perfection:

Good Ol' Cheeseburger – A timeless classic, done the right way. Featuring Angus beef, melted cheese, signature ketchup, yellow mustard, grilled onions, pickled cucumbers, and fresh shredded lettuce.

The Purist – Simple, beefy, cheesy perfection. Angus beef, cheese, signature ketchup, grilled onions, and pickled cucumbers. Nothing extra, just pure satisfaction.

The Hotshot – Feeling bold? This one's got a spicy kick, thanks to Viet chili, signature ketchup, grilled onions, and pickled cucumbers.
