HealthLand Family Wellness Centre has announced that a new management team has officially taken over, following a High Court order earlier this month that temporarily shut down at least 24 outlets nationwide
On 14 August, the Shah Alam High Court issued Court Order No. BA-22NCC-159-08/2025, requiring HealthLand to suspend operations.
The ruling led to the closure of several outlets across Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor from 16 August onwards.
Customers were notified of cancellations, and HealthLand promised further updates via official channels.

In its latest statement on 20 August, HealthLand cited "certain mismanagement by the previous management" as the cause of financial irregularities
The new management said it has taken over with the goal of "restoring trust, improving operations, and safeguarding the interests of our valued customers".
The company also issued an apology, acknowledging the "inconvenience and uncertainty" faced by customers during the closures.
HealthLand's new management stressed that:
– Outlets will reopen "as soon as possible" once operations are stabilised.
– Customers' rights and benefits remain its highest priority.
– The company seeks patience and support while it works to rebuild "stronger than ever".
The wellness chain added that all official updates will continue to be shared through its social media platforms, and enquiries can be directed to [email protected]
As of today, 25 August, HealthLand has announced that several outlets have reopened, including:
– Nusa Bestari
– Penang
– Kepong
– Sri Petaling
– Setapak
– Bandar Utama
– Ampang
– Bukit Jalil
– Bukit Bintang
– Ukiyo Hotel
– Taman Desa
HealthLand reaffirmed its commitment to honouring customer packages and providing professional wellness services as operations gradually resume.
