The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that payroll processing for January 2026 via its e-Payroll system will be temporarily unavailable
According to EPF, this is due to scheduled system maintenance.
The disruption will last from 1 January to 18 January 2026.
Employers using e-Payroll are advised to plan their submissions accordingly, as transactions cannot be processed during this period
EPF thanked users for their patience and cooperation while the maintenance is carried out.
