EPF Online Services To Be Unavailable Early Saturday For System Maintenance

Key EPF services, from i-Akaun to e-Payroll, will be temporarily offline on 3 January.

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that several of its online services will be temporarily unavailable early this Saturday, 3 January, due to scheduled system maintenance

According to a notice released by EPF, the maintenance will take place from 3am to 10am tomorrow, affecting both member and employer platforms.

The affected services include:

  • KWSP i-Akaun App & i-Akaun (Member) Web Portal: including i-Lindung and i-Invest
  • i-Akaun (Employer)
  • i-Akaun (Business Partner)
  • e-Payroll
  • Employer Online Registration (ROB & ROC)
  • Self-Service Terminals

EPF assured users that services are expected to resume as normal after the maintenance period and apologised for any inconvenience caused

Members and employers planning transactions during the early hours of Saturday are advised to plan ahead and complete any urgent requests before the maintenance window.
