Netizen Louise Banta shared her disappointment on Facebook towards Maine Mendoza's attitude during a Preview Magazine photoshoot on Wednesday
Apparently, Banta got disappointed when she noticed that Mendoza didn't even smile to the staff during the entire shooting.
"**Kaya nga nagulat rin ako sa naexperience ko. Very different from her character sa tv. Pag on cam very bubbly, pag off cam at konti lang tao, halos di ngumiti sa staff namin. #disappointing**."
The posts have been deleted on Banta's Facebook account, but some netizens were able to screencap her posts
We do not know if she's a fan or not, but Banta was able to take a photo with Mendoza despite her disappointment:

Preview Magazine [posted] (https://www.facebook.com/preview.ph/posts/10154544871081501) a statement on their Facebook page to defend Mendoza from Banta's accusation
"Maine Mendoza was extremely professional during her Preview cover shoot. She was very polite to the team and was focused on the tasks at hand, giving her 100% for our cameras, even if she was likely tired from having had a full day of work."
"She was even kind enough to indulge everyone who asked to take a photo with her after the shoot, which ended at around 10p.m. **While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, it's also important to understand that our favorite celebrities are good at what they do because they are focused when they are at work**," added Preview.
Preview also added that Mendoza didn't change at all, was still a joy to work with, and was as polite and humorous as she was a year ago (when she was just starting in show business)
"It's also a matter of kindness to consider that at the end of a long work day, everybody deserves a moment of quiet and rest."
"If anything, I'd like to thank Maine for being such a joy to work with, collaborating with us creatively for this cover shoot. She is a true professional and is still as polite and humorous as the day we met her a year ago," added Preview.

Although Preview asked their followers to put the issue to rest, Banta tweeted that she will stand by her personal opinions from her personal experience
"In this regard, we would like to ask everyone to put this issue to rest and instead end the night with more positive posts," ended Preview.
