After months of dating rumors, Marlon finally confirms that he has been seeing Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach
"The truth? Let's put it this way, if Pia was here tonight she'd be my date here so yeah, obviously we see each other but we just want to keep it down low pretty much but yeah, I've been seeing Pia," he said during the Star Magic Ball 2016. Kilig!
"It's amazing! Pia is very beautiful of course, that is the reason why she is Miss Universe. I just feel lucky that we got to meet and we've been seeing each other"

They're keeping their new relationship "low key" and quiet for now as they are in the early stages but Marlon is looking forward to what happens next for them.
He also mentions that they are in an LDR (long distance relationship) since Pia lives in New York while he lives in the Philippines and travels back and forth from Europe and that has been quite a challenge for them.
Dating rumors started when Pia posted a photo of them on her Instagram page while she was in the Philippines for humanitarian activities

Rumors which didn't die down from her very showbiz answer of "we're just friends."
She also said that Marlon is her "favorite Swiss" on an Instagram photo. Marlon is half Swiss.
Rumors then intensified when Pia took to social media to correct a TV news report claiming that she is still dating "Sexiest Doctor Alive" Mikhail Varshavski.
She's also not too thrilled with the fact that the Media has been reporting more about her love life than the humanitarian efforts that she has been doing to help her cause.
