He lives at a shelter in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and provides comfort to other animals there when they are sick. His duties include gently resting on top of recovering cats and spooning canine patients.

Rademenes came to live at the animal shelter after his original owners brought him in with an inflamed respiratory tract, and feared he was too sick to make a recovery, Mashable reported. But he was nursed him back to health, and now he's returning the favour.

Now, he is taking all the wisdom he's gained from his health ordeal to help out other cats and dogs there. He offers warm cuddles and massages after surgeries, and even cleans out their ears.
