Herbert Colangco, the inmate who's livin' better than the most of us, had awesome concerts at the New Bilibid Prison. (We almost thought it's Araneta Coliseum!) Here's his performance:

Just recently, it was reported that Herbert Colangco is now set to another kind of gig. This time, he will be releasing his songs online through Spotify and iTunes!

But before all the grand career moves, Colangco, was a convicted bank robbery gang leader who appeared to have turned his kubol inside the New Bilibid Prison into a recording studio, and even held a concert in Solaire Hotel in Pasay City last September 2014, despite having no authorization.
**Earlier, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima criticized some quarters of the New Bilibid Prison and among other items found, is a concert poster of Colongaco at the prison gym.**

The awards were certified and authenticated by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry, Inc. (PARI, inc.) based on the total units sold. **According to PARI, an album needs to sell 15,000 copies to be considered platinum.**
