A 12-second video posted by Margo Martin, US President Donald Trump's Special Assistant and Communications Advisor, has unexpectedly drawn praise online
The clip, shared on X, shows Trump's motorcade — including the iconic, heavily armoured presidential limousine known as The Beast — cruising down the Maju Expressway (MEX) on Sunday, 26 October.
The convoy was en route from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre for the 47th ASEAN Summit.
"President Trump's motorcade drives through Malaysia en route to the ASEAN Summit," Martin captioned.
As of writing, the video has garnered over 2.6 million views.

However, what caught most viewers' attention wasn't the motorcade itself, but Malaysia's scenic landscape and impressive highway
"Such a beautiful country!" one user wrote.
"They cleared the highway both ways. So much respect," another commented.
"Why does it look like Malaysia has better roads than we do in the US?" a third person asked.

A user familiar with the country added, "If he's heading to Kuala Lumpur from the airport, he'll pass by rows and rows of palm oil trees — it's endless and beautiful."
Others simply wished Trump well on his trip: "Looks like a beautiful drive! The motorcade looks in great form. Wishing President Trump a safe and enjoyable visit!"

According to the New Straits Times, Trump arrived in Malaysia around 10am yesterday and departed for Japan around the same time this morning, 27 October.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail was present at KLIA to see him off, marking the end of his brief one-day visit.
