Cat Casually Takes Escalator Down, Just Like A Human

Residents in Sunway Velocity Mall were amused to witness a cat apparently riding the escalator downstairs
In the viral video taken by TikTok user @toufu_fish, the cat was seen calmly walking onto an escalator to head downstairs.
And just like any polite Malaysian, it stood still on the left, as if to let others pass on the right, before calmly stepping off when it reached the bottom floor.

Amused netizens joked about the cat, and also suggested it probably peed on the way down

In a pet-friendly mall such as Sunway Velocity, it is relatively common to see animals such as dogs and cats
They are allowed at two specific areas, the V-Chill @ The Farm on Level 5, and the Nanjing Street Walkway.
