Can you imagine losing a thesis that you've worked on over many, many sleepless nights?

For this South African student, the thought of losing her ONLY copy of master's thesis proved to be too much to bear. She was willing to do everything to hold onto it… even if it meant fighting off a group of thugs!
Noxolo Ntuli, a master's student at the National Health Laboratory Service in South Africa, bravely fought back against armed robbers after they attempted to snatch her handbag that had her molecular zoology master's thesis.
[BBC](http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-41257344) reported that a car pulled up beside Ntuli and two men jumped out, one brandishing a gun.
"There's no way I will let them take it."
While the robbers were able to take her lunch bag, Ntuli refused to let go of the bag containing the hard drive which contained the thesis.
**"I was thinking about my masters. I'm almost done with what I'm writing, there's no way I will let them take it,"** she said.
One of the robbers even pulled a gun to her head and threatened to shoot her
Ntuli held on because the thought of requesting for an extension year was too much to bear.
However, she also said her actions were not wise and advised others to give robbers what they want without fighting back.
Ntuli has since backed up her work and she advised others to do the same.
The robbers have since been found and arrested
"The men were caught in Brixton. They have been charged with armed robbery. They were also found in possession of a laptop that we suspect belongs to the University of Johannesburg student that was seen in the CCTV footage‚" police spokesperson Lieutenant Kay Makhubele said as quoted by [Huffington Post](http://www.huffingtonpost.co.za/2017/09/14/student-fights-off-armed-robbers-for-her-masters-thesis_a_23208498/).
