Maybank users, take note! Several of Maybank's services will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, 19 July
In an announcement on Facebook, Maybank said the maintenance was originally planned for last Saturday, 12 July, but has been rescheduled to this week.
"This routine exercise is part of our ongoing efforts to keep our banking platforms secure," they said.
The following services on Maybank2u, the MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz (web and app) will be unavailable from 3am to 8am:
– DuitNow Transfer
– DuitNow Request
– DuitNow QR
– Interbank GIRO
– JomPay
– FPX
– Debit mandate
Meanwhile, all Maybank ATM services will be temporarily unavailable from 12am to 8am.
Maybank recommends planning ahead and completing any important transactions before the downtime to avoid any inconvenience
