Video Shows Singaporean Man Spitting & Kicking Couple’s BMW In Johor Road Rage Meltdown
Following his arrest, he hid his face when he was produced at the magistrate's court.
A Singaporean man has been arrested after videos and photos of him allegedly spitting on a Malaysian man and kicking his BMW car during a roadside altercation in Skudai, Johor over the weekend went viral
The incident took place at around 2.39pm on Saturday, 7 June, along Jalan Sutera Tanjung 8/4 at Taman Sutera Utama. In a Facebook post that has since racked up over 3,300 shares, a woman named Vicky Sing recounted how the encounter escalated while she was being driven to lunch by her boyfriend.
According to Sing, she and her boyfriend were caught in heavy traffic on Jalan Sutera, caused by a car ahead that kept stopping and blocking the way, prompting other drivers to honk in frustration.
Despite her boyfriend honking a few times, the driver in front barely moved.
That's when a Toyota Altis with a Singaporean number plate suddenly pulled up beside them. The driver began yelling at her boyfriend for not moving, claiming he hadn't honked at all.
Her boyfriend replied that there was a car blocking their way, but the Singaporean man continued to argue. Sing said he then accused them of "acting all high and mighty" just because they were driving a BMW.
Things escalated quickly when the Singaporean man allegedly spat on her boyfriend, physically provoked him, and then kicked their car, leaving a dent on the vehicle's side. She added that her boyfriend didn't retaliate, knowing it could make things worse, especially with bystanders filming the confrontation.
"Really no manners, coming into someone else's country and acting all pattern pattern," she wrote, using a Malaysian slang term that usually refers to someone being unnecessarily dramatic.

The couple later lodged a police report at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah police station, leading the authorities to arrest the suspect in 24 hours
In an official statement yesterday, 8 June, Johor Bahru north district police confirmed that they received a report on the same day from a 31-year-old local man, believed to be Sing's boyfriend, who said he was involved in a dispute with a Singaporean driver who had kicked and damaged his BWM.
Acting swiftly on the information provided, police arrested the 40-year-old Singaporean man at around 6.20pm the same day and seized several pieces of evidence. He tested negative for drugs.
