Shooting In OUG Leaves Mum Dead And Her 8-Year-Old Daughter In Critical Condition
The cops are hoping that CCTV recording from the surrounding areas, once examined, would help establish the identities of the assailants.

According to The Star Online, the shots were fired at close range. In the shooting, the victim's eight-year-old daughter was also shot and is in critical condition. She was sitting in the front passenger seat.

The police believe that five shots were fired at her car with one hitting the 32-year-old woman in the neck.
"We rushed to the scene and found the woman's body motionless in the Toyota Vellfire. Based on our investigations the victim had come out to eat at a restaurant nearby. Police have sent the 8-year-old to Universiti Malaya Medical Centre
While the police are yet to establish a motive for the murder, the case has been classified as murder. ACP Rusdi, meanwhile, has urged the public with any information to contact the police hotline at 03-2115 9999 or visit the nearest police station.
