Police arrested the 32-year-old Sabahan – originally thought to be an Iranian tourist – at a hotel along Jalan Sultan on Saturday, where she appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Police are currently looking into her background and are expecting to charge her today (Monday).

24 April: An argument between an unidentified woman with a stall owner at Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur ended up with the woman stripping off her clothes in full view of the crowd of onlookers

The video of the incident, which is currently making its rounds on social media, began with the woman struggling to escape from another woman – believed to be the stall owner – while screaming, "Don't do this to me!" and "What's your problem, I pay everything!"

It was alleged that the woman had lunch at a restaurant in Petaling Street around 3.00pm on Thursday (23 April) and tried to leave without paying. When she was accosted by the stall owner, she denied it, saying that she'd already put the money on the table.

The real action started when she managed to free her hands from the stall owner. Having taken off her white jacket and flinging it to the side, the woman proceeded to take off her black top and bra to prove her innocence.

Now topless, the woman went on to provoke the stall owner while yelling, "Shame on you!" On the sidelines, a few people were seen to be presumably calling the authorities while some filmed the incident on their phones.

When the stall owner did not respond to her taunts, the woman appeared to have chalked it up as a victory. The video ended with her picking up her jacket and preparing to leave the scene.
