Two top executives of a prominent real estate agency in Singapore have resigned following viral social media posts alleging their involvement in an extramarital affair
The individuals at the centre of the alleged scandal are PropertyLimBrothers (PLB)'s former CEO Melvin Lim and vice president of strategy Grayce Tan.
In a six-minute video sighted by SAYS, Lim and Tan were seen exiting an office after the person filming the clip approached closer to capture sounds allegedly coming from inside, prompting speculation that the two may have engaged in sexual activity.
The video first surfaced on Reddit before being reuploaded across other social media platforms.
Many pages later turned the clip into memes, with netizens finding humour in the man crawling across a corridor in an attempt to sneak closer to the office.

So, what happened after the video went viral?
According to the Straits Times, Lim and Tan are no longer listed as employees on PLB's website.
When the English daily reached out to the company, a spokesperson confirmed that the two had resigned following an internal review.
"Following the review, leadership changes have been implemented. The individuals concerned have resigned from their respective roles with immediate effect.
"We are in the midst of reinforcing our workplace conduct policies and governance processes to reaffirm clear professional boundaries and standards across the organisation.
"We will not comment on rumours or speculation. Our business operations and client services continue as usual," said the spokesperson.
In an alleged WhatsApp message circulated among PLB employees, Lim appeared to apologise, saying that he had made a "personal mistake and crossed boundaries".
He also allegedly said he had addressed the issue with his family, and would be spending the next few months "restoring and protecting" them.
"Grayce and I will be stepping down from our current leadership roles to give the organisation the space it needs to operate steadily and without distraction," Lim allegedly said.
SAYS has reached out to Lim, Tan, and PLB for comments, but did not immediately receive a response.

PLB is ranked seventh among Singapore's fastest-growing companies, recording SGD6.5 million (RM20 million) in revenue in 2023
According to its website, the agency sets itself apart from other real estate firms through strong media capabilities and an extensive social media presence.
Many of its property sale videos feature Lim, Tan, and other personalities showcasing units while describing their amenities, design features, and renovations.

Meanwhile, a former PLB employee told SAYS that the alleged secret relationship between Lim and Tan had long been "speculated and whispered" about in the office.
"But I didn't expect any of it to be true," they added.
