A Saudia Airlines flight attendant has earned praise after a video of him feeding an elderly passenger during a flight went viral
In the 39-second-long video, the attendant is seen patiently feeding the elderly person, who some users claim to be suffering from Parkinson's disease.
The disease is a type of brain disorder that impacts movement. Patients with the disease often struggle with mobility and eating as they suffer from tremors and stiffness.
The video was posted by Saudia Aviation on X
In its post, the airline, which is part of Saudia Group, said the attendant embodied Saudi values.
"A scene that embodies authentic Saudi values. A flight attendant feeding an elderly passenger throughout the flight with care befitting Saudi hospitality," the post read.
Many heaped praises on the flight attendant for his kindness and care for the elderly passenger
"Thank you Saudia Group for always and forever employing [such competent staff]," a user posted.
Another prayed for the elderly passenger: "May God heal him… It's clear he has Parkinson's paralysis; it's hard for him to control anything he holds in his hand."
"May God strengthen them," another commented.
