There has yet to be a police report lodged against the young men who were recently captured in a viral video urinating on passing vehicles at SMART Tunnel, Kuala Lumpur
According to New Straits Times, Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department head Rusdi Mat Isa said they were aware of the video.
However, at the time of writing, there has yet to be any news on whether a police report was made.
Rusdi added that investigations will be conducted if a police report has been lodged.
