**Parties involved in the incident decided not to lay charges against Jamie Camille Lee Brojan, 28, a resident of San Juan City, after she committed to shoulder the victims' medical and vehicular repair expenses, officials said.**
Brojan, in a yellow Kia Picanto, dubbed the "crazy yellow Kia" by netizens, uploaded by Kitt Lapena on Facebook, went viral and garnered over 19,000 shares as of this writing.

In the video, Brojan was recorded, crashing her car into nearby vehicles and people in an attempt to flee Rockwell security officers, who caught up to her after a brief and violent chase.
The marshal blocked the car's path with their motorcycles, but she broke through the blockade and fled the scene, like in the movies. Brojan refused to alight from her car and sped off.
The driver told Makati police she was only flagged down by Rockwell security officials due to illegal parking.
She also explained that she panicked after she was chased and mobbed by Rockwell marshals.
No blotter entry of the incident was filed at the Makati Traffic Command Center.
Four security officials were reported injured, and several cars and motorcycles were damaged due to the incident.
