Man Could Be Fined And Jailed For Up To 20 Years Over Possession Of 9 Stolen Lighters
He pleaded not guilty.

New Straits Times (NST) reported that Mohd Fitri Mohd Hatta was charged at the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court for the possession of nine units of multi-coloured lighters with the 'KK' logo emblazoned on them.
According to court papers, as reported by Harian Metro, the lighters are believed to have been criminally misappropriated from KK Supermart Superstore Sdn Bhd.
The accused allegedly committed the offence in a flat in Lorong Pandan at 3.30pm on 8 February 2018.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge
Mohd Fitri, a mechanic, was charged under Section 412 of the Penal Code for dishonestly receiving property stolen in the commission of a gang-robbery.
The offence could put him in jail for up to 20 years and liable to fine if convicted.
