In a Facebook post on Monday, 21 April, the woman, Erny, shared her experience, stating that she noticed a man in a yellow shirt following her and her family as they entered the hypermarket.
The man continued following them inside, with Erny observing him holding his phone upright as if to record her.
"He kept following as we moved to different sections. His phone was still held upright. It became very obvious. Even my kid noticed and said, 'He keeps looking at us, umi'," the pregnant mother claimed.
Erny confronted the man with her husband and child, demanding that he show them his camera roll.
"It turned out that he had several videos of me, zooming in on my back, as well as videos of other pregnant women, even those wearing niqabs," she alleged.

Erny claimed that the man's "preference was clearly pregnant women"
She mentioned that her husband was furious upon discovering the man's action, prompting bystanders to step in and de-escalate the situation.
"The man was so scared that he wet himself," Erny said.
After her family filed a police report against the man, preliminary interrogation revealed that he is a 20-year-old university student.
"He admitted to recording women for his own gratification and has been doing it for a while. He liked recording women to create his own 'collection'.
"There were so many videos of women recorded last night without the victims realising. The problem is, he even zoomed in on body parts," she added.

In an update post, Erny encouraged women to be courageous and not be victims of sexual exploitation
She said she had deleted the videos from his phone, including those in the backup.
She alleged that the suspect was keeping the collection to sell online.
Erny ended her second post by stating that she refuses to remove her initial exposé post, which has been shared over 17,000 times.
She contended that shaming the suspect is insignificant compared to the victims' shame if their videos were sold online.
