If you were on Malaysia Airlines Flight MH2610 from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu recently, you were part of a historic milestone
The national carrier completed its first-ever all-female crew flight, with women managing every single touchpoint of the journey.

From check-in to security checks, engineering, and finally the cabin crew and pilots, every person you encountered was a woman leading the way
The airline shared the milestone on Facebook, highlighting that this special flight wasn't only about diversity, but also a celebration of expertise and leadership.

Aviation has long been seen as a male-heavy industry, so placing women at the helm in every role was a bold and meaningful move
Malaysia Airlines (MAB) added that it hopes this flight will inspire colleagues and future aviators alike to dream bigger and break more barriers.

Women now make up 36% of Malaysia Aviation Group's workforce
That means the airline has already exceeded the International Air Transport Association's (IATA) "25by2025" goal, which encourages airlines to increase female representation to at least 25% by the year 2025.

In true poetic fashion, MAB summed up the achievement by saying, "This milestone marks not just progress, but a powerful reminder that the sky has no limits."
"To all our colleagues and future aviators, may today's flight inspire you to dream bigger and break barriers," MAB wrote in a Facebook post.
