Comptroller of the Royal Household Ahmad Fadli Shamsuddin said that the YDPA Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah have tested negative for the virus that causes COVID-19 and have been in a 14-day quarantine since Wednesday, 25 March.
The seven palace staff, meanwhile, are said to be in stable condition, Bernama reported.

Ahmad Fadil said that the Agong was advised not to meet with Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin for a weekly meeting yesterday
"His Majesty expresses his support for the earlier announcement of the extension of the Movement Control Order until 14 April. His Majesty also hopes that all Malaysians will continue to stand firm and support the health and safety staff," Ahmad Fadil was quoted as saying by Harian Metro today, 26 March.

So far it's not clear which cluster infected the seven staffs
According to Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, the Ministry of Health is still investigating and all those who came in close contact with the seven have been ordered to get tested.
