Jecenth "Bike Man" Mateo happened to pass by the road the moment the hit-and-run happened. Upon witnessing the scene, Mateo jumped-off of his bike and ran to catch the motorcyclist who hit Annabelle Montiadora, a Cainta-based traffic enforcer.

You can see in the video that Mateo was running to catch the suspect while Montiadora couldn't move out of shock. It got 3,591,583 views since the day it was posted.
This Monday, Mateo received a special recognition from the Cainta city mayor, Atty. Kit Nieto, for his bravery and for helping Montiadora to catch the suspect
