A known international travel magazine, Travel + Leisure, dubbed Palawan as the World's Best Island. This is the second time that Palawan gained this recognition from the same publication. In 2013, it was also named World's Best Island.
Palawan is considered to be the last ecological frontier, home to various sea creatures
Many come to Palawan to dive and see the ecological wonder of Tubbataha Reef. It is considered as one of the best dive sites in the world according to CNN Travel.
