1. Senator Cynthia Villar, 4.5 million pesos

The wife of former Senate President Manny Villar, is currently the richest with a net worth of 3.5 billion pesos. Her assets include 4.5 million pesos of real estate, 3.49 billion worth of stocks and other personal properties. She has no liabilities in her statement according to a report from ABS-CBN.

2. Senator Ralph Recto, 531 million pesos

Senator Ralph Recto turns out to be the second richest Senator with a far 531 million pesos. He served as a member of the House of Representatives representing the 4th District of Batangas from 1992 to 2001. He was then elected to the Senate, serving from 2001 to 2007.

3. Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., 211 million pesos

Coming from a family of politicians, Senator BongBong Marcos the third placer in the list. Marcos, Jr. is a politician and senator in the 6th Congress of the Philippines.

4. Senator Jose "Jinggoy" Estrada, 193 million pesos

In 2004, he was elected as senator. During his first term, he introduced at least 617 bills and resolutions and steered the passage of at least 16 bills either as principal sponsor or principal author. On July 23, 2007, Estrada was elected as Senate president pro tempore.

5. Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr., 173 million pesos

Revilla Jr. resigned as Chairman of the VRB and recommended Eduardo "Edu" Manzano as his replacement. His father, Ramon Revilla, ended his term as senator on June 30, 2004. Revilla Sr. was elected senator in 1992, reelected in 1998, and could not run for third term according to the 1987Philippine Constitution. 6. Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, 122 million pesos

He was a protégé of PresidentFerdinand Marcos, and served as Justice Secretary and then Defense Minister under the Marcos regime. He later became one of the leaders (along with General Fidel V. Ramos) of the 1986 People Power Revolution that drove Marcos from power and into exile.
