Heartbreaking Before-After Photos Show Typhoon Lawin’s Destruction

With a super typhoon speed of 225 km/hr, it left the Northern part of Luzon devastated.

Super typhoon "Lawin" or internationally known as "Haima" is the strongest cyclone to hit the Philippines since Yolanda (Haiyan) which killed 6000 people. It left the Northern part of the Philippines devastated, uprooting trees and destroying houses.

Thousands of residents are left without power supplies, clean water, communication towers and have left them displaced.

With the strength of 225kmh and a damage category of "signal no. 5 storm" it left Northern Luzon to its mercy. Areas affected are Ilocos region, Cagayan and Isabela among others.

Residents are posting the photos of their areas to update loved ones. To see what is left is heartbreaking:
