Government agencies have partnered up with Kalibrr (A job matching site) for recruitment
Kalibrr is kind of like Jobstreet or other known job matching site. You can just make a profile and be on your way in looking for a job that will suite your qualifications and interest.
The Department of Finance posted 3320 job vacancies on Kalibrr. Along with BIR, DOTC, DBM and DOT.

They want to recruit fresh and young people for their agencies
This initiative is also in partnership with Bagumbayani Initiative, a program by Young Public Servants (YPS).
According to Gov.ph Bagumbayani Initiative started with a group of friends who come from different government agencies, and who decided to meet every Wednesday to talk about their experiences and stories in the civil service.

"Of the 3,320 vacancies, 3,211 entry-level positions are from the BIR, 41 positions from the DOF, 31 positions from the DBM, 33 positions from the DOTC, and 4 positions from the DOT."
Finance Secretary Cesar V. Purisima shared that he met the late Lee Kuan Yew and agreed when he said:
"The only way to change government is from within"
Secretary Purisima also has a message for the youth:
"To young Filipinos: your country needs you. We hope that you respond to this call to service."
