Enraged by the comments, fellow netizens defended Zati by flooding her pictures with comments condemning those who made fun of her disabilities
A certain Rania said those insulting her may have perfect looks but their hearts were "rotten and disgusting".
"It's never okay to judge someone on something they cant change. Critizing people wont makes you less ugly, you have a rotten heart. Seriously I think you need to stop being ignorant, and start doing self reflection. Grow up boy, be a man with a brain," responded another Instagram user, Eryn (@erynazmn) after reading Afiq's heartless comment.
