A teenager in Thailand allegedly attacked her boyfriend after he accidentally touched her nose, a month after she'd undergone cosmetic surgery

According to Thai-language site Khao Chon Online, the incident occurred at 4pm on Saturday, November 8, when police at Si Racha, Chonburi Province received a report of a fight at a condominium in the Laem Chabang area.

Police found a wounded man, identified as 18-year-old Phasakon Loikaew, who had suffered an injury on the head from a sharp object.

The alleged perpetrator was his girlfriend, 18-year-old Pimchanok Ketdee, who stayed by his side during the ordeal and cooperated with police.

Pimchanok said that she and Phasakon had been arguing when he accidentally touched her recently operated nose

Upon contact, she allegedly heard a loud "pop" sound, which she feared meant her nose-job had been ruined.

Enraged, Pimchanok allegedly grabbed a knife and attacked her boyfriend, slashing his head once and inflicting a 7cm-long injury that left him bleeding heavily.

However, when police arrived, the couple had already reconciled

Pimchanok reportedly apologised to Phasakon before calling the police herself.

She accompanied Phasakon to the hospital, and the two were seen holding hands and hugging, with Phasakon comforting her.

When police asked if Phasakon wanted to file a police report, he reportedly said, "I won't pursue the case."
