A Form 3 student in Pasir Mas, Kelantan has lodged a police report after he was allegedly assaulted by a group of seniors at his school
According to Berita Harian, six Form 4 students allegedly carried out the bullying on Monday, 18 August.
The victim's aunt had claimed on Facebook that her nephew was "kicked, punched, beaten, slapped, had his pants pulled down to his knees, and nearly strangled with wire".
"If a teacher hadn't passed by, my nephew might have died at the hands of the bullies," she wrote.
She also alleged that families of the alleged bullies families approached the victim's parents to beg them to withdraw the case, but she urged her family to remain firm.
"These bullies are only in Form 4, yet they can already think and act to this extent. What will happen when they turn 20?" she asked.

In a statement on Wednesday, 20 August, Kama said the 15-year-old complainant claimed he was punched, elbowed on the head, and kicked in the buttocks during the assault.
He added that the boy experienced head pain and was too traumatised to return to school, as the same suspects had repeatedly harassed him in the past.
"The victim informed his parents before lodging a report at the Pasir Mas police station," he said, adding that initial investigations found all six suspects admitting to bullying him.
The suspects will remain in remand for six days to assist in investigations.
