Depressed ‘Rapbeh’ Girl Speaks Up About Viral Video And Why She Approved Of It
Rapbeh became viral due to an intimate video with her partner and group of friends.

However, it was also confirmed that the said issue was a cover up to 'erase' the said 'recorded video' from the face of social media. Rapbeh is alive and well.
The girl, [Claire Marielle Miralo](https://www.facebook.com/Claire-Marielle-Miralo-225428671213297/), "Rapbeh's" real name, became extremely viral due to an intimate video with her partner and group of friends.
As of now, the girl in the video is begging netizens to **stop sharing the video** as her family and friends are greatly disappointed with her. Thus, its virality caused her so much depression and she even thought of taking her own life.
She also added that she already filed a case against those who uploaded her video, through the help of her family
"Nagsampa na po kami ng kaso, laban sa mga gumawa sakin ng kawalangyaan at kababuyan na yun… Sinisigurado po namin makukulong kayo," Miralo says on her Facebook post.
Miralo also feels bad that she trusted "friends" who supposedly uploaded her video without thinking of its repercussions
Miralo also asked netizens to stop making fake accounts to spread the video
"At para po ako sa mga nagpapakalat ng video na yun at sa mga nakapanuod, at sa mga gumagawa ng fake accounts, pls itigil nto na po, lalo lang po ako nahihirapan … nakikiusap po ako na sana ay wag nyo ng po ikalat o gawing katuwaan yung nangyari sakin…" says Claire on her Facebook post.

The said upload of Miralo's video can be classified as **Cybersquatting** where the victim's video was uploaded to destroy her reputation. This includes those existing trademark at the time of registration; names of persons other than the registrant; and acquired with intellectual property **interests** in it.
**Those who get domain names of prominent brands and individuals which in turn is used to damage their reputation – can be sued under this provision.** Note that freedom of expression and infringement on trademarks or names of person are usually treated separately. A party can exercise freedom of expression without necessarily violating the trademarks of a brand or names of persons. The uploader of the video that aims to destroy one's reputation is answerable for the said crime.
