DBKL announced today, 22 August, that cars illegally parked in KL will be clamped starting 1 September

How much would you need to pay to release your car? Car owners will have to pay RM50 in person, within the first 4 hours from when the car was clamped.
If you fail to do so, you'd have to pay another RM100 to release your car if it has already been towed away.
"This implementation is based on studies and scrutiny by DBKL's Pemudah which found the irresponsible attitude of users who parked their cars illegally to be one of the main causes of traffic congestion," KL Mayor Datuk Seri Mhd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said to Bernama.
Pasukan Petugas Khas Pemudahcara Perniagaan (PEMUDAH) is a task force that aims to facilitate business and address bureaucracy business-government dealings.

– Jalan Solaris Mont Kiara
– Jalan Klang Lama
