AirAsia Will Be Opening A Fast Food Restaurant Serving Their In-Flight Menu
The restaurant will be called 'Santan.'

According to The Star, he revealed the news in an interview on US talk show 'Larry King Now' on 15 February, where he was promoting his 2017 autobiography, 'Flying High: My Story: From AirAsia To QPR.'

"I think our food is fantastic. We believe in it so much (that) we're going to start a fast food restaurant out of it," said Fernandes
The in-flight menu, which was launched in May 2017, markets its food as a "gourmet in-flight dining experience."
The menu includes crowd favourites such as Pak Nasser's Nasi Lemak and Uncle Chin's Chicken Rice.

Coconut milk is at the heart of every meal on the menu, which consists of Asean, international, and vegetarian options, Malaysia Zine reported.
