A Japanese Father Stabbed His 12-Year-Old Son To Death For Not Studying

The boy's mother was at work when the incident occurred.

In an incident that is both shocking and heartbreaking, a 48-year-old father in Nagoya, central Japan, has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing his 12-year-old son to death because he was dissatisfied with his son not studying hard enough ahead of an entrance exam

The boy was stabbed in the chest with a kitchen knife on Sunday. He was confirmed dead from loss of blood about one hour later.

According to police, the father denied that he had any murderous intent.

*"I had no intention of killing my son. I accidentally stabbed him,"* Satake was quoted as telling investigators, who wanted his son to pass the entrance examination for the same private junior high school in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture that he graduated from.

The father was arrested after the hospital staff called the police

Meanwhile, this father forced his daughter to marry her 24-year-old rapist. He did this "out of deep and abiding love for his daughter."
