Durex Malaysia and Singapore initiated a product recall for 3 batches of their non-latex Real Feel condoms last week

Durex recently found out that three batches of their non-latex Real Feel condom produced earlier this year did not pass their shelf-life durability tests that will cause them to age badly and burst towards the end of their shelf life.

Although there are no immediate safety concerns and those who have used the condoms are in no danger, Durex Malaysia and Singapore have decided to recall the 3 affected batches.

Customers that are affected can expect to get full refunds from Durex Malaysia and Singapore

Affected customers will get full refunds once they mail the products back to Durex Malaysia and Durex Singapore. They will get the refunds even if some of the condoms in the packs are already used.
