On an article in ABS-CBN News talking about Joseph Simon (Sandro's younger brother) getting into Oxford Brookes, they note that Sandro also attended Oxford Brookes in the UK:
"His 18-year old Simon will fly to London for his Oxford Brookes schooling. He will take up Business Management. (Bong Bong) Marcos himself went to Oxford where he took up Politcal Science, Philosophy and Economics from 1975 to 1978. So did his eldest Ferdinand Alexander, 20, who is now working in Manila.
Just to clarify, Oxford Brookes is different from Oxford University. Both of these institutions are located in a town called "Oxford" in the UK.

6. He can speak fluent tagalog but admits he needs help
Reported by Get Real Ph, during Sandro's speech at PUP (that one time he had to substitute for his dad cause he was sick) he stumbled with his tagalog.
"The younger Marcos who is currently living and studying in the United Kingdom exhibited a slight struggle with the Tagalog portions of the speech. But people were nonetheless clearly taken by Sandro, who drew swoons from the audience when less than a minute into reading his father's speech he stumbled into its first Tagalog words. His sheepish smile as he paused to regain his composure following that slight hitch drew even more swoons!"
Living abroad for the majority of his life, it's not puzzling that his tagalog is a bit rusty.
7. Mar Roxas is his tito and Paolo Roxas is his 2nd cousin
Sandro's mom is Louise (Liza) Araneta. She is the cousin of Mar Roxas (who is also an Araneta.) Which makes Paolo Roxas (Mar's son) his 2nd cousin!
8. He's cousin to Borgy Manotoc
You might know this already. Hunky Borgy Manotoc is his 1st cousin. Borgy is the son of Imee Marcos (Sandro's aunt.)
