Waktu Solat Malaysia, an Islamic lifestyle app, has introduced a no-ads subscription as part of its latest update

The update was released in conjunction with Ramadan 2026 following feedback from users, and it now gives you a more seamless experience while using the app.
You can now choose between monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, keeping it flexible according to your needs
Don't worry though, pricing has been made affordable with options including:
- Monthly: RM9.90
- Quarterly: RM28 (RM9.33 per month)
- Annually: RM108 (RM9 per month)
Payments can be made through several methods including mobile telco billing, FPX, e-wallets, credit or debit cards, and DuitNow online banking. Once your subscription is active, you can enjoy all the features of the app without a single interruption.
This ad-free experience covers every feature included with the app

You will be able to use the app without ads while accessing important daily features such as prayer times, the Al-Quran, Qibla directions, daily tasbih and supplications, prayer guides, and zikir.
Safwan Rahim, OTT Program Manager at REV, said the update was introduced after listening closely to user concerns.
"We listened to our users' feedback, particularly regarding disruptive ads that sometimes caused confusion and concerns about inappropriate content," he said.
"With this ad-free option, we provide a smoother and more focused experience for all our users."
You can also get complimentary access to ad-free Tonton streaming from the subscription!

You can enjoy exclusive dramas, films, and TV programmes from Media Prima channels including TV3, TV9, and 8TV.
Plus, premium channels such as TVN, Animax, and GEM, alongside Korean content available on the platform are also included with this deal.
"With this launch, we aim to enhance user experience and ensure their spiritual, educational, and entertainment needs are met in a safe, ad-free environment," said Safwan.
Besides the subscription feature, the latest update has also introduced in-app articles

This new addition allows you to browse selected articles directly within the app itself, effectively eliminating the need to browse the web for the latest stories.
According to Safwan, the feature is meant to make informative content more accessible to users.
"This feature makes it easier for users to access a wide range of engaging content including worship guides, Islamic news, legal questions, inspirational stories, and Islamic lifestyle topics all at their fingertips without needing to search elsewhere," he said.
