Tropicana Metropark is organising a Fitness Festival that is opened for Malaysians of all ages. Details for the two-day event is as below:
**Date:** 14 and 15 October 2017
**Time:** 8am-6pm
**Venue:** Tropicana Metropark, Jalan Delima 1/1, Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, 40000 Subang Jaya.
Have fun trying out different fitness sessions with your friends and family – even kids have their own customised class to attend! Help yourselves to healthy food, drinks, and goodies to take home too.

There are three types of workout zones, with different programmes for you to choose from
**Groove Zone**
Take part in fun, music-based workout routines like zumba, the addictive Sh'Bam and Body Jam, which will be held at the Promenade and Open Lawn areas in Tropicana Metropark.
**Relax Zone**
Meditate and recharge at this relaxing zone with yoga and flexibility sessions that you (and your partner) can join.
**Pump Zone**
If you're looking for something more intense, there are body combat, RMT/Equaliser, and fast fit workshops that you can join.
There's even a kids' section too!
Yup, your little ones can join the Fitness Festival too! They have a kids' section where children-friendly sports activities such as kids dance and family zumba will be taught.

You and your family can also indulge in some healthy noms after a satisfying workout
You don't need to worry about going hungry after a tiring workout session as there will be healthy food stalls at the festival. Get ready to feast on poké bowls from Paper Fish, cold-pressed juices from Life Juice, and chia bowls from Raisin' the Roof!

Tropicana Metropark is a residential and commercial hub strategically situated near the Federal Highway
Tropicana Metropark is made up of freehold residential properties, retail and business blocks, and a Central Park – where the Fitness Festival will be held. It also has one of the largest parks in Subang Jaya, convenient for residents to jog, cycle, and have a wholesome time with your family.
