5. Appreciate history and people-watch at the famous A'Famosa Fort

Although all that's left is just a small part of a once huge fort, it is still a must do attraction in Malacca. Read up on the history and the visit will be more worth it.
**Did you know**: If it weren't for Sir Stamford Raffles, the British would have destroyed the fort completely.
